About Me

Hi, I’m Jennifer and I’m the owner of HaLo Health and Fitness.

From a young age I was always very active and sporty. I competed in trampolining and gymnastics as well as playing tennis, rugby, football, swimming and basically trying any sport I could convince my parents to let me!
​
I decided to turn this passion into my career and have now been working in the fitness industry for over a decade as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
​
Over the course of my career I have (so far) gained over 20 qualifications ranging from GP referral to pilates, Olympic lifting and Strength and Conditioning to Spin classes, and have become an Instructor Coach for Les Mills UK.
My goal has always been to help people, help them reach their goals, feel better about themselves or simply find a place where they can workout without feeling judged.

As someone who has always been active, I know how much we put our bodies through and how amazing it feels to have a decent massage to relieve those aches and pains. This is why I decided that another great way I can help people is to become a qualified Sports Massage Therapist.


Massage therapy is a fantastic way to help keep your body in top condition, and performing at its best. Whether you're an athlete, avid gym-goer, new to fitness, or looking for some relaxation, including massage therapy into your routine can make a huge difference to both your training and general quality of life.

As a mum of two young children I know how difficult it can be to make time for yourself, but I also know how important it is to look after your body (it's the only one you've got at the end of the day!!)
