Cancellation Policy

When making a booking, my booking system will take card details to secure your appointment. This does not take any money but stores your card details onto the system. This can then be used to pay on the day if you would prefer card rather than cash.

Illness and mitigating circumstances

In light of Covid, I understand an unexpected positive test, or simply feeling under the weather does not often give a 48 hour notice period. Similarly, as a mum of two, I can completely appreciate unforeseen circumstances popping up last minute. With this in mind, the cancellation fee can be waived at my discretion.
